  • Follow up and chasing of unpaid invoices with customers as and when they become due through emails, calls and visits if any on daily basis;
  • Track invoice settlements;
  • Reconciliation of balances with the customers if requested by them and acts verification;
  • Preferable annual reconciliations of acts with most of the clients;
  • Preparing and sending of receivables statements (SOA) for Almaty departments and branch office in Astana once per 2 weeks;
  • Supporting coordinators and providing them with payment information if requested;
  • Preparation of debt confirmation letters at year end closing during audit of the company according to the list provided by accounting department.


  • The Higher economic education;
  • Work experience on the position of Accountant 2 years and more;
  • Confident user of 1C (8 version), SOHO, the Cabinet of the taxpayer;
  • Confident user of MS Office , ability to use legal - reference systems;
  • Adequacy, attentiveness, responsibility, stress resistance;
  • Knowledge of accounting and taxation;
  • Knowledge of the English language (preferable);
  • Diploma of professional accountant of the Republic of Kazakhstan (preferable);
  • Knowledge of IFRS (preferable).
