- Preparation of business plans based on the analysis of market data/statistical data.
- Implementation of sales promotion programs in order to ensure maximum availability of brands and increase sales in priority sales channels and in each visited sales outlet.
- Providing indicators of weighted distribution of strategic brands in a given territory.
- Building of the high-quality distribution on routes (the goal is availability, pricing and layout of all brands).
- Management of the installation process of permanent equipment BAT in sales outlets.
- Direct managing of the territorial representatives work on trade marketing in order to achieve the objectives of the volume of the facing, visibility, distribution and prices share.
- Determination of long-term tasks for territorial representatives on trade marketing in order to achieve the goals set by BAT.
- Training of the team of territorial representatives on trade marketing and their motivation in order to provide a competitive advantage in terms of providing basic services.
- Preparation and provision of all necessary marketing reports for timely and full informing of all managers interested in the results of work.
- Full involvement in the work with the Distributor company (regular joint meetings with Supervisors, Sales representatives, Regional directors for the coordination of plans, programs and activities).
- Leadership, management skills in the development and motivation of employees.
- Ability to analyze data, to solve problems, to propose methods and solutions of the problems in accordance with the policy of BAT.
- Work experience in the position of at least the marketing manager in the international FMCG company working with retail and network clients.
- Broad and deep strategic / tactical vision of business.
- Negotiation skills in the development of partnerships.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain schemes.
- Knowledge of marketing: full understanding and ability to understand the basic elements of marketing strategy, outdoor advertising and advertising inside, sales outlets, pricing, promotional activities, display on store front, product knowledge (product line), research, management of the tobacco category.
- Fluency in written and spoken Russian, basic knowledge of written and spoken English.
- Higher education.
