Main responsibilities:

  1. Timely market salary

  1. Be responsible for the P&L in Kazakhstan
  2. Maintain and develop the primary business relationship with domestic and international clients
  3. Ownership of key clients
  4. Decide, select and lead the team in the area of responsibility. Be responsible for all staff decisions within Kazakhstan team
  5. Achieve service excellence via optimization and best practice implementation
  6. Contract negotiation and establishing service agreements with customers
  7. Actively promote the image, capability and integrity of the company to the customers
  8. Deliver and own CAPEX requests to ensure we have best in class facilities and fit for purpose equipment allowing us to drive growth and improve LC
  9. Put in place and drive a Health and Safety culture that meets SGS Corporate requirements and all applicable local legislation.


  1. Bachelor degree as minimum
  2. 5+ experience in business development
  3. 5+ experience of managing experience in a western company
  4. Existing customer/partner base and networking
  5. Fluent English as a must
  6. Business and profit minded
  7. Excellent people management skills
  8. Strong negotiation skills
  9. Proactiveness and out-of-box thinking abilities
  10. Ethical conduct
  11. Strong time management skills
  12. Readiness to up to 50% business trips
