  • Timely market salary;

  • Be responsible for the P&L in Kazakhstan;
  • Maintain and develop the primary business relationship with domestic and international clients;
  • Ownership of key clients;
  • Decide, select and lead the team in the area of responsibility. Be responsible for all staff decisions within Kazakhstan team;
  • Achieve service excellence via optimization and best practice implementation;
  • Contract negotiation and establishing service agreements with customers;
  • Actively promote the image, capability and integrity of the company to the customers;
  • Deliver and own CAPEX requests to ensure we have best in class facilities and fit for purpose equipment allowing us to drive growth and improve LC.


  • Bachelor degree as minimum;
  • 5+ experience in business development;
  • 5+ experience of managing experience in a western company;
  • Existing customer/partner base and networking;
  • Fluent English as a must;
  • Business and profit minded;
  • Excellent people management skills;
  • Strong negotiation skills;
  • Proactiveness and out-of-box thinking abilities;
  • Ethical conduct;
  • Strong time management skills;
  • Readiness to up to 50% business trips.
