Обязанности

  • To develop outstanding brand strategy based on detailed insights from consumers, customers and business needs
  • To develop annual plans for brand aligned to the strategic plan
  • To identify relevant brands and products to be launched in each market (based on annual planning process) and to execute the plans flawlessly
  • To deliver and optimize initiatives in each market through outstanding execution
  • To work effectively across the organization to deliver all plans in a timely manner
  • To deliver the financial objectives agreed in the annual planning process and the strategic planning process and to plan for optimizing financial outcomes in the long term
  • To lead teams to deliver exceptional outcomes – cross functional, project, strategy and execution teams
  • To optimize organizational development through
    • Process improvement, thought leadership
    • Develop team members for continuous improvement and future leaders

Требования

  • Can demonstrate values of RG Brands to demonstrate fit to the company
  • Tertiary Qualified, preferably MBA
  • Minimum 4 years experience in marketing (junior marketing position, consumer insight, execution) and sales (retail, channel, achieving sales targets) in FMCG (with at least 5 years in a company with direct responsibility for production)
  • Preferably with experience in organically fast growing businesses and/or businesses which have undertaken mergers and acquisitions with success
  • Demonstrable project management, time management skills
  • Demonstrable ability to work proactively and independently

Preferably with experience in CIS countries and Russia

Demonstrable high level analytical and budget management skills

Demonstrable middle level financial skills

Demonstrable middle level strategic skills

Demonstrable leadership capability with a focus on outcomes and ability to drive change in organisations. Ability to train, develop and coach members of the team across the organization is essential as the business goes through tremendous change and growth

Proactive doer who is more than willing to do whatever is necessary to get the job done

Fluent in Russian and English
