Обязанности

  • Budget planning and control of effective budget realization;
  • High-level service support for Business;
  • Ensuring the provision services of BAT employees in accordance with their expectations and Company Policies;
  • Department project management and realization in accordance with BAT standards and guidelines;
  • Ensuring the use of a control system to predict specific needs for each car;
  • Providing regular recommendations on car exclusion and/or replacement based on the costs and works performed by cars;
  • Ensuring compliance of Company's car fleet with local regulatory requirements and Company requirements;
  • Ensuring accurate forecast and control of costs relegated for Company fleet and facility costs: maintenance, fuels, car washes, renewal. calculation and verification of fuel consumption of Company cars;
  • Ensuring accurate fuel forecast and demand planning;
  • Contract management and relationship support with BAT Landlords.

Требования

  • Economical higher education;
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a fast-moving industry environment in similar role (Facility Manager);
    Fluency in English;
  • Confident PC user;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • People management skills.
