Обязанности

  • Manage and oversee the entire accounting and controlling team (6 persons);
  • Manage and coordinate outsourcing tax service provider;
  • Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up;
  • Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations;
  • Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow, management reporting for budget and rolling forecast submission to HQ;
  • Responsible for analyzing all PL ( margins, variances and cost analysis, other expenses);
  • Responsible for SAP implementation in Kazakhstan (in close cooperation with project team);
  • For SAP project
  • Provide AS-IS information about processes, local tax and legal requirements, support to-be processes definition and gap resolution. Processes sign-off.
  • Support data cleansing activities, sign off the data migration
  • Provide change management to get the organization ready for the cut over & go live

Требования

  • University degree
  • Relevant experience in multinational company on Manager position
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Experience of working in SAP is an advantage
