- Identify key power grid accounts and opportunities of Kazakhstan. Build good relationship with key accounts, shareholders & channels to gain their support.
- Define sales targets and strategy for power grid market and carry out the strategy to achieve the target, collaborating with account managers and product manager's team.
- Build relationship with Power Grid company and their partners in Kazakstan, have clear customer/channel map for business development.
- Have enough ICT development experience to promote Huawei power grid solution. Support product teams by tracking key market and customer requirements. Support Competition Analysis.
- Support market branding actions and industry events, continuous communication with senior customers and partners.
- Minimum of 10 years ICT Power grid or similar industry working background, understand the work and processing of Grid company
- Have 3 years ICT delivery or development experience for Power grid market (mainly for IP transmission domain)
- Ability to promote E2E solution for power grid projects with relevant Huawei product lines and 3rd party companies
- Established relationship with end customers, System Integrators or manufacturers in Power Grid Sector.
