Обязанности

Deliver One truth actionable performance tracking for SPO1 categories, which provides consistent and clear guide to Management on brands performance and opportunities as well as provide direction for solutions development

  • Lead education of all functions on Insights tools and capabilities
  • Proactively share and drive lift & shift of insights findings from other markets / categories into Kazakhstan
  • Embed focusing efforts on value-adding activities versus data management in everything we do
  • Flawless day-to-day data management for key datasources including but not only Nielsen, Canadean, In-store execution tracking, Price and Promo monitoring etc

Требования

  • 2-3 of experience in Insights / Analytics / Category in a leading FMCG company and/or Retailer and/ or Research Agency
  • Education: Bachelor+ degree in economics, sociology, math, marketing or management
  • Knowledge and practical experience with a wide scope of research methodologies and techniques (retail audit data / Nielsen is a must; qual&quant research methodologies is strongly desirable)
  • Knowledge of statistics is a plus
  • Fluent English
  • MS Office – advanced user (PowerPoint, Excel)
