Junior HR specialist (L&D)
- Developing and executing training programs' schedule according to learning matrix for the respective service line;
- Administering payment process for learning activities;
- Administering SAP SF system on all L&D related activities;
- Supporting internal clients on any learning issues.
- The main criteria for candidate is a huge motivation and active interest in HR field;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Intermediate / Upper-intermediate English (both written and speaking) ;
- Advanced user of MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel);
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines;
- Assistance experience will be a plus;
- An ideal candidate should have the following personal skills: responsible, result oriented, dynamic, flexible, ready for routine work.
