  • Supporting EY Leadership (Department Head and Partner group) in execution of the firm's marketing strategy in Kazakhstan and Central Asia;
  • Alignment of the local/regional strategy with EY's new global practices, its customization and deployment;
  • Planning and execution of EY's go-to-market and special programs (e.g., EY Entrepreneur Of The Year Awards program etc.);
  • Supporting EY Service Lines in their marketing/PR pursuits (e.g. media coverage of certain advisory expertise etc.);
  • Overall coordination and management of EY's projects in the areas of GR, PR, SM and internal communications (including elaboration of editorial content – in Russian and English);
  • Coordination of business events (EY's own and third-parties' ones where EY is involved);
  • Coordination of EY activity in business associations and working groups;
  • Operations: annual budgeting, internal reporting, vendor agreements/payments, working in EY internal systems and applications;
  • Other: select corporate responsibility projects, sponsorships along with 'ad hoc' projects; counselor role to junior colleagues.


  • An experienced candidate with a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, PR or Business Administration, and work experience more than 6 years;
  • Initiative coupled with accuracy, consistency, reliability and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines;
  • Strong project management and planning skills, high quality value added delivery;
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to work with many databases;
  • Ability to work with text (writing, customizing, translating, formatting);
  • Ability to work with design layouts (customizing, formatting); sense of style would be an asset;
  • Structural thinking and systematic approach to work;
  • Russian is a must; English – Advanced level; knowledge of Kazakh would be asset;
  • Advanced social media user (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram);
  • Alertness (being in the know of market trends).
