Обязанности
- To guide and consult the colleagues for employee relation issues in Head Office and stores and make store visits;
- To manage and resolve complex employee issues, disciplinary and exit processes in line with Legal and related teams;
- To provide performance management guidance and execute performance management process;
- To develop feedback culture and rewarding systems;
- To lead HR projects regarding performance management, employee engagement and satisfaction;
- To keep relevant HR systems up to date and ready to produce periodic and ad hoc reports as requested by HQ.
Требования
- University and/or Masters degree;
- Excellent verbal & written English skills;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources; preferably as HR Performance Specialist, HR Generalist or HR Business Partner;
- Having good level of MS Office and reporting skills;
- Labour Law knowledge is a plus;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with professional style to work with colleagues from all levels within the organization;
- Result-oriented, well-organized and able to meet project deadlines;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to be able to work in a multi-task environment;
- Self-motivation and positive attitude with high level of energy and have strong cultural adaptability.
