Обязанности

  • Maintain the procurement processes in accordance with existing procedures and rules;
  • Independent conduct of complex negotiations;
  • Cost analysis by category, procurement planning, updating and creating new catalogs;
  • Analyzing and evaluating suppliers and supporting the implementation of a supplier management system.

Требования

  • At least 3 years of experience in international leading companies on a position related to the conduct of the procurement processes of non-production goods and services, market knowledge in this area;
  • Proven significant results and success related to procurement;
  • Procurement tools knowledge, catalogue process knowledge;
  • Ability to negotiate;
  • Experience in using SAP, including processing of requests, placing orders, creating contracts, price lists;
  • Knowledge of English at the Upper-Intermediate/Advanced level, knowledge of the Kazakh language is preferred;
  • Skills / skills: communication, negotiation, analytical, decision making, time management, customer orientation.
