Обязанности

  • Set Sparkling & Still categories OBPPC strategy definition process in terms of holistic diagnostic requirements and defining the governance mechanisms to ensure that the strategy turns into actions;
  • Responsible for creating and evolving the price elasticity regression models and leverage the output to create ad-hoc analysis or assist short / mid-term decision making;
  • Builds the guidelines for pricing & packaging architecture and governs the process for the shopper marketing teams to execute;
  • Sets coordination of Sales & Marketing teams in the development of new pack size and price initiatives;
  • Optimizes & prioritizes the categories & SKUs for an efficient & effective PICOS with portfolio scorecard tool;
  • Responsible for objective list and delist decisions of the portfolio aligning with the commercial stakeholders;
  • Support identifying & monitoring optimal assortment mix by category, channel & customer;
  • Prepare action plans for mix management by size, channel, category and customer;
  • Track & regularly analyze mix trends by Channel/Customer/Segment/Brand/Size/SKU;
  • Аs to identify opportunities to improve the mix ahead of the game to drive Revenue & Profit;
  • Assess & improve effectiveness of point of sales activation & investments;
  • Measure impact of other drivers of growth and mix into the channel plan: assortment, distribution, space, location and display and other strategic initiatives. Consult the sales and marketing teams with options & recommendations;
  • Support the growth and development of Trade Promotion Optimization capability. Assess historical promotional event performance, aid in the design of new promotions to maximize ROI and improve predictive capabilities for forecasting;
  • Consult on the promotional planning process, seeking to drive efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Set governance principles and tools to ensure compliance with BP targets;
  • Look for additional opportunities in a dynamic manner incremental to existing plans.

Требования

  • 5-8 years experience in one or more of the areas of: Sales, Commercial Marketing, Commercial Strategy and Channel Development, Commercial Finance;
  • Established analytics skills to evaluate, quantify, identify and prioritize revenue growth opportunities utilizing system data and create new tools (evaluate current channel performance and opportunities, identify price/promotion opportunities and prioritize the portfolio recommendations) to ensure channel profitability;
  • Drive for results, strategic & analytical thinking, fact-based, excellent quantitative skills, commercial and practical, energetic and enthusiastic, multitask, team leadership & alignment, develops and executes strategic sales plans and tools, understands channels/trade P&L;
  • Change leadership / taking others with you / building strategic working relationships;
  • Commercial drive (results & solution focused, flexible/adaptable);
  • Strong financial knowledge & commercial understanding;
  • Excellent communication skills on different levels in the organization;
  • Strong Project Management Skills and ability to cope with a multitask environment;
  • Fluent with numbers & superior analytical skills;
