As internal sales team member, you will be responsible for the administrative support of Atlas Copco Central Asia commercial business related to MRS products.
- Preparing, calculations, quotations and commercial proposal for all Atlas Copco products, such as parts, labor, training and rebuild solutions.
- Converting quotations to orders
- Preparing of sales contracts
- Follow up on the invoicing process
- Preparing of tender documents
- Follow up on customers visits and place visit reports in databases
- Translation of documents
- You have to setup, manage and control a data filing structure in which you will keep all commercial information, such as calculations, quotes, price lists etc, centralized and available for Atlas Copco.
- You will communicate within the Atlas Copco internal organization, sales engineers, service organization, logistics and managers. You will also have direct communication with MRS division head office in Sweden in case of questions related to pricings.
- You have to familiarize yourself with the sales & logistic process and identify potential bottleneck and risk areas and prepare plans and activities to improve on those. And escalate to your direct manager if any issues arise.
- Experience requirements:
- not less than 2 years
- good skill in Microsoft office products, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
