Обязанности

  • Lead TOP 5 National KA;
  • Is responsible for development and implementation of TOP KA's, 3 year strategy;
  • Negotiations with Distributors and Customers;
  • Implementation of company Marketing and Trade marketing Local & Central activities;
  • Training and development of FOS;
  • Seeking, developing and implementing of business growth opportunities in Top KA;
  • Responsible for TOP KA Topline and bottom-line performance;
  • TOP KA budget management;
  • Working mostly in field with associates and TOP customers Management as well as admin staff;
  • Lead and facilitate the work of a cross-functional team to ensure an appropriate level of customization of the company's solutions, meeting the expectations of key customers and being in accordance with Mars Inc. strategies;
  • Providing support and vision of business development through 5 principles;
  • Coordinate with Global Customer team to implement all global agreements for Carrefour.

Требования

  • Higher education (Bachelor's Degree at least) business and /or relevant field';
  • Russian, Georgian - Fluent, English - Upper intermediate;
  • MS office Literacy;
  • At least 4 years' experience in FMCG sales management, distributor management, channel management, in multinational companies;
  • Drive for result;
  • Planning;

  • Peer relationships;
  • Command skills.
