Обязанности

Line management of the team

  • Recruits, onboards and engages the team
  • Sets PDP for each associate
  • Manages and measures work
  • Develops associates via appropriate coaching & mentoring
  • Deploys resources and team appropriately to meet business requirements

Internal

  • Will act as voice of the customer/shopper – representing strategic and tactical choices for growth for all customers/channels, to ensure future long term segment strategy is fully optimized to unlock potential for key customers and channels
  • Work with all relevant internal stakeholders to build comprehensive network to support Disruptive Display & Customer Activation agenda
  • Co-creates (with PS team) channel specific Perfect Store benchmarks to deliver both short and long term Physical Availability growth opportunities
  • Represents MWC CEAB&Turkey on relevant Global or Regional initiatives (e.g. Global Hotspots etc)

Customers

  • Develops peer contacts and participates in key strategic external meetings with priority customers in line with battlefield choices – long term strategic agenda
  • Oversees the look and feel of all in-store activations and communications related to brand activities – will sign off the projects through PMR forum
  • Owns Customer Marketing/Trade Marketing elements of Customer engagement (TAS) action plan for total MWC
  • Disruptive in-store support
  • Accountable for effective deployment of display & hotspot elements of perfect store for channel – through the team
  • Accountable for activity plan execution at channel level meeting ER volume and activation standard requirements – through the team
  • Leads development of Disruptive Display strategy to unlock Perfect Store opportunities to deliver both short and long term Physical Availability growth
  • Pioneers new display initiatives to unlock future growth – together with the team

Требования

Education & Professional Qualification

  1. Graduate calibre, with extensive experience in FMCG/consumer products with a strong Marketing, Trade Marketing or Sales background.
  2. Excellent People management skills

Knowledge/Experience

  • FMCG experience – Essential
  • Experience of working with major customers – Preferred
  • Marketing Experience – Preferred
